Sole Architecture of Barcode House by David Jameson Architect

Barcode House is a dwelling with aesthetic uniqueness of architecture. Located in Washington D.C, this house is designed by David Jameson Architect. The house is projected by the concurrence of heavy and light elements as well as the old and the new. Built on the area of Washington D.C row house, this house is designed with some additional parts and style on separated structure with vertical spatial solution.
The house is designed based on the owner’s desire of transparent living space so that the architect designed it in a creative way. The Barcode House is a name gotten from the house design like a barcode. The transparent house covered by glass panels are protected well by structural steel rod aligned with the adjacent building elevation datum lines. The living space is still attached to the existing row house by a stucco circulation tower.
