Architect Rafael de la Hoz complement “Torres de Hercules” Cadiz. They are the symbol of the legendary Hercules and the pillar of the tallest buildings in Andalucia.

Two cylindrical, white towers rose at a constant pool of water. Giant-grid facade dates from the motto of the mythical legend Pillars of Hercules, “Non Plus Ultra” (not on), warning sailors of the Mediterranean rim of the known world.
