The NOOK chair is a unique chair in design of Henry Sgourakis. The concept of the chair is very simple. Sgourakis just wanted to design furniture especially a chair that can remind him to the beautiful moment of childhood; the time when he didn’t find great technology yet but he could feel the enjoyable life, warmth, and comfort.

Such beautiful memories were pouring down into his work of unique hand-crafted chair. It is a set of chair consisting two pieces that can prop the whole body including the legs. The first piece is in a wide round shape functioned as the body support, while another one is in quadrangle shape functioned as the ottoman.

The chair was made from the knitting of a kind of flexible rope chained to sturdy steel so that it can give comfort for taking a seat. The chair got black finishing so that it is more about masculine furniture that can be applied outdoor or indoor to enjoy relaxing and finding some inspiration.
