This the Luxury S House in Singapore by Formwerkz Architects recently completed the Architect Houses along Lorong Selangat S, Singapore. This house consists of 4 levels with the formal characteristics of each unique in responding to the demands of different programs.

2nd floor of the house along Lorong Selangat designed for a family of four who entertain frequently and often in separate groups. In addition to their private bedroom, the house was planned to allow maximum use of communal space for entertainment. Houses spans four floors, from basement to attic floors each have different demands of the program. Therefore, we derived the formal strategy that celebrates the layered vertical spaces, making a transition from one level to the next experience

Basement was conceived as a geological formation abstracted, an outcrop where the rest of the building sits. The opening of the center to the basement to show itself as a chasm that separates the 25m-lap pool and full-length films such as caves and billiards lounge.

Floating Box: Red boxes, mostly private homes on the upper floor, levitates above the ground layer, leaving an open space for landscape.

The Sail: Towering roof wrapping the attic space as when connecting to the outside space at the roof deck.
