Modern Pile ou Face Houses France – TANK Architectes
The project took home when the two friends bought two pairs of semi-separate plots and throwing them. They will build two twin homes that fit together to give a special feature for the project.

Two houses are made of interconnected volumes that allow each of them do not have a direct view on the other, but to take advantage of a separate house in the city.

On the north side of the street-oriented, the house was built 5 meters back from the road. 1st floor of this room was built in the awkward position of creating a canopy shielded from the rain ans to provide natural light rooms of the west window.

The houses are planned around the cross, where the transparency that has a call to distribute the different functions of the house: stairs, transparent on the 1st floor corridor, terrace bathroom lighting and offers a look at the sky.

The way the two families over the place, living room and the garden they make everyone feel like living in one house while in semidetached!
