Uri Cohen Architects designed the Beam House in Arbel, Israel. This home has been designed for a client who wished to build his home next to his farm. The design combines some of the utilitarian images of the agriculture buildings in that area with the fascination to the ‘beams’ construction of a ‘country home’.

Seattle-based architect Nils Finne show the world how a contemporary farm house would look like. He has renovated an in Fall City, Washington and the result is quite impressive. The house is situated on a hillside overlooking the Snoqualmie River valley. In order to get a magnificent view of the glass walls of several houses that constantly added. Flag is the design of contemporary houses that looked comfortable and designed by Propeller Z. This project is the renovation of 200 year old farmhouse with a traditional U-shaped in Vienna, Austria. Living room designs separate from the barn and stable yard. South wing is half buried into the slope and not related to the area to the rear. This fix the kitchen and living room located on the plateau with wide windows.

Furzey Hall Farm is a Victorian farmhouse restoration conducted by Waugh Thistleton Architects. This house is a unique family home for artist Jake Chapman. The expansive house has been divided into several distinct areas to meet the various different uses of a modern family. Sleek, modern extensions to either side of the farmhouse provide guest accommodation and an open plan kitchen and dining area. The main barn has been preserved as open space the traditional plan, providing a large living room and master suite. Although the house still retains the traditional feel of country living what is very important in such kind of projects.

Natural Beautiful House With Wood And Stone Interior And Exterior.Litmus completely renovated this former home of an esteemed horticulturalist, preserving its original landscaping and relocating its main entrance. Visitors enter through a Torii gate, navigate over a stream and around a pond to the stone-terraced entry. As the entrance as the whole house’s interior are mostly done in natural wood and stone materials. Not only furniture but also interior walls are made of wood.


A farmhouse kitchen, dining room and living room are one communal space with an outdoor living room. These space has a beautiful fireplace with custom natural stone cladding. The fireplace’s tube is also one of those things which could bring attention to the house of the whole neighbor because of its size and decorations on the roof. [Litmus]
