Guadalajara, Mexico-based Agraz Architects have completed the X House.

A corner shaped terrain is always an unusual practice for architectonic design. This is why different solutions are needed for this house, which is adjacent to other project home companies, allowing an opportunity to establish dialogue between their architecture. It is also a project in which special emphasis is given to the concept of architecture and home language. Among these, the car is placed under the occupant as adjusted. And because of the angle-shaped piece of land, destined for their next short in the basement of the secondary level.

Inspiring Modern Space in Silvertree Residence by Secrest Architecture

Silvertree residence is a study in how small, dated, closed and stay focused in the liver can be turned back to the inspiration of modern space that interact with the outdoors.  Climate beautiful Sonoran desert, and the opportunity for indoor-outdoor living, are ignored in the previous floor plan of this house in 1970 vaguely Mediterranean.  A well scaled back porch with a big desert, mountain and city views that some almost inaccessible in the existing house floor plans.  Users must either go through the existing garage or through the master bedroom to access the rear patio.

A new multi-functional space, and renovated kitchen and dining room, all revolving around the three-sided fireplace new.  fireplace is at the core of the space and act as a focal point while the separate room.  This fireplace is positioned to open to any living space and exterior terrace.  These new spaces allow all existing homes to be connected with the outside.  garage was relocated, creating better access in and out of the garage and allow the entire rear of the house to open outwards.

Remodeled Luxury Comfort and Quality Apartment Interiors Design by A-cero

A-Cero Spanish architecture firm has completed an interior remodel eight apartments in an old building in Madrid. Luxury, comfort, design and quality has been joined in only eight new flats in downtown Madrid. They reformed new luxury apartments designed by A-Cero. They are in an old four-story building. The condition of this apartment ‘, owned by VP Group Hotels, which have all been rented before it actually comes. At every level of the two houses with a surface larger than 185m2. Penthouses are the largest home building and they are two flat floor.
