Rich appointed interior that uses both the original and teak wood imported from the Pacific Northwest. Entertaining and private living space at a single level, and garages, maid’s room and other support space occupying a lower level, tucked into the sloping site. Strong horizontal lines extending from the building to the landscape, creating a large covered terrace protected from the semi-tropical climate. There are also many features that make modern and stylish home, for example: the transition between indoors and outdoors is fine, right angle, a simple form and so forth.
