A-Cero Spanish architecture firm has completed an interior remodel eight apartments in an old building in Madrid. Luxury, comfort, design and quality has been joined in only eight new flats in downtown Madrid. They reformed new luxury apartments designed by A-Cero. They are in an old four-story building. The condition of this apartment ‘, owned by VP Group Hotels, which have all been rented before it actually comes. At every level of the two houses with a surface larger than 185m2. Penthouses are the largest home building and they are two flat floor.

Sulla Morella House is a minimalist house was built on the outskirts of Castelnuovo, In Sotto, Italy, and designed by Italian architect Andrea Oliva of Cittaarchitettura. This building occupies a flat area about 60m from the road. The house has a rectangular shape of approximately 11 m wide, 34 m long and 6 m tall.

The processing of the “mansion” is located on the outskirts of Tokyo is a great example of the adaptation of post-war housing not only affordable but comfortable accommodation. Mansion flats are rented usually very small for a single occupant. It has a 400 square meter space, with minimal modern environment in which the owner can not now rest easy and relax, but the work. Internal partitions were demolished to provide a light and open plan living to maximize alignment.

Closets and storage space hidden behind the sliding doors. The integrated plant box at the top kitchen position strikes a series of green in the area. A small dressing room is the bathroom with a shower in wet areas and includes a custom vanity, compact unit. The bathroom is fitted with natural wood and Hinoki wood that a relaxed texture. The toilet is not only matte black walls, with almost all white interior of the apartment opposite, but also offers water-saving technologies such as the use of re-filtered water. [BAKOKO]

Minimalist House Green Color Design

The minimalist design Green diorama as when we vineyards in order from the inside. Simple two thin rectangular plates – roof and floor – gently on the vines that are up to the main road. The metal plate is black with a series of walls made of concrete pigment black set perpendicular to it. One end on the slope, the other 11 meters wrong side of the retaining wall.
