New York City-based company archtectural WORKac just completed this 6000 sq ft loft apartment in the Big Apple. Designed for a family of four who “like to entertain”, this “inverse triplex” is the result of four years of collaboration between architects and owners to create a unique space for urban living.

A-Cero Spanish architecture firm has completed an interior remodel eight apartments in an old building in Madrid. Luxury, comfort, design and quality has been joined in only eight new flats in downtown Madrid. They reformed new luxury apartments designed by A-Cero. They are in an old four-story building. The condition of this apartment ‘, owned by VP Group Hotels, which have all been rented before it actually comes. At every level of the two houses with a surface larger than 185m2. Penthouses are the largest home building and they are two flat floor.

This monochrome duplex Apartments for approximately 280m² Black and white colors dominate this apartment with modern minimalist style with large terraces, designed by Paris-based architectural studio Pascal Grasso Architectures. It lies at the heart of Paris and is equipped with a complex wall geometry. There are many boxes plaster on walls and floors.

A house is the work of Kanner Architects in the hills of Oakland, California. Description of Kanner Architects: Located in Oakland, California, in the down-sloping site high above the bay of San Francisco, this house is designed to capture the magnificent view stretching from the Gulf of Bright to the Golden Gate Bridge. Floor to ceiling glass clean way for unobstructed views. Especially the south-west orientation of the power required overhang to reduce glare and soften the light quality at home.
