Primo Estate is a purpose-built tasting facility in McLaren Vale, South Australia. It is sited over a rise, away from the road, amongst eight hectares of cabernet sauvignon, shiraz and merlot vines. Its south façade overlooks the vines and the picturesque Willunga escarpment beyond.

The brief was straightforward – tasting rooms, offices, production areas and a home for a specially imported wood oven. The Italian clients also provided imagery of the things they admired; cloisters, centuries-old gates and doorways and views of the hilltop town of San Gimignano.

This is basically a random collection of works from their portfolio which includes japanese style luxury Restaurant. Some of the images also include the interior design work done for luxury hotels and restaurants. The designs sport a fine mix of traditional and modern.

normally, degustation or tasting meals would turn me away because they tend to cost a lot while offering only petite-sized portions rather than a hearty meal. yeah, yeah, i know that’s the idea, but still… anyway, dozo is one restaurant that offers degustation meals at much friendlier prices.
