Description of the i29: This apartment for one family for four people located in a magnificent building in the south of Amsterdam, NL. The original structure, with room for staff, a double room and long hallway with many doors have been converted to, residential area full of light and air transparency.

Stanic Harding has designed an apartment located on level 16 of the 18 floor high circular tower in Darling Point, Sydney and take the entire floor. The La Finca 4 House in Somosaguas design by A-cero of this 1.200 m2 compact single-family house is guided by two main concepts: a great functionality in the distribution of the interior spaces and their openness to the exterior to make the most of the views. Both ideas are also present in the interior design and in the selection of the construction materials.

The house is located on a 3.500 m2 plot presenting a light slope that is used by the access ramp to the garage. The floor plan has the form of a greek cross, and is delimited by the access pathway and the other properties on both of its sides.

Patricia Urquiola architects Spanish is responsible for the interior design of the recently opened Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Barcelona.

In keeping with Mandarin Oriental’s passion for working with creative and exciting design concepts, the prestigious Spanish designer Patricia Urquiola was commissioned to create the interior décor of Mandarin Oriental, Barcelona. The project reflects the open, cosmopolitan character of the great Mediterranean city where the hotel stands, along with the unmistakeable seal of Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group. The linear simplicity of the building, which was once the head offices of a bank, lends itself perfectly to the clean, balanced interior design by Urquiola.
