Timber decked terraces either side of the living area provide outdoor seating options for different wind directions. Gartner Trovato Architects have recently completed luxury home design in Bayview, NSW, Australia.

Bayview House Design by Gartner Trovato

The house is located on a 1,200m2 block of land with a significant fall from the street. The site is oddly shaped with its longest boundaries running east-west allowing for orientation to the north with magnificent views over Pittwater and surrounding area.
