This project consists of two town houses Johnston Architects PLLC is located half a block from the beach. They are also found in the Alki neighborhood in Seattle. Both houses have three bedrooms and two master suites equipped with two-car garage.

The glass facade and the view from the roof of the buffet collect neighborhood, Seattle skyline, and the beach. Master bedroom has access to the terraces and large glass walls, so that they cover some of these views. In addition to a spacious living room and high-quality surfaces, such as BSH framing beams, bamboo flooring, marble countertops and fir frames, Alki town houses are beautiful and practical. Modern Wood House Design – M + M2 House in Los Angeles. Designed by Klaus Matuschka this modern wood house is located near Los Angeles. It is surrounded by a lot of trees like oaks and cinnamon. Thanks to that the house is hidden on a small site among them even though it’s located on the highest position.

The ground floor is made of reinforced concrete and steel while the second floor mostly done in timber. The first floor consist of public areas while bedrooms and other private space on the second one. There are several terraces around the house and one of them developed especially for barbecue. This home is a perfect modern dot in the middle of a beautiful nature.
