Dupli.Casa – Luxury Contemporary German House by J. MAYER H. Architects

This is Dupli.Casa – Luxury Contemporary Germany House which Site area: 6900 m2, Building area: 569 m2, Total floor area: 1190 m2, Number of floors: 3, Height of the building: 12.2 m designed by Juergen Mayer H., Simon Takasaki, Andre Santer, Sebastian Finckh Team. Building geometry is based on the footprint of the house previously located on the site.

Originally built in 1984 and with various extensions and modifications since then, new buildings echo the family archeology “by duplication and rotation. Raised, it creates a semi-public space on level ground between the two layers of discretion. Skin sophisticated villa connecting between the inside and outside and offers spectacular views over the old town of Marbach and the German literature the national archives on the other side of the Neckar valley.
