This modern house is a stylish one with the touches of natural bricks as well as furnishing of the interior. The blended rustic and modern style gives special touches and performance for the modern house. Located in Düsseldorf, the house was formerly a warehouse and then refurbished by Bruno Erpicum architect from AABE design studio Germany.

Primo Estate is a purpose-built tasting facility in McLaren Vale, South Australia. It is sited over a rise, away from the road, amongst eight hectares of cabernet sauvignon, shiraz and merlot vines. Its south façade overlooks the vines and the picturesque Willunga escarpment beyond.

The brief was straightforward – tasting rooms, offices, production areas and a home for a specially imported wood oven. The Italian clients also provided imagery of the things they admired; cloisters, centuries-old gates and doorways and views of the hilltop town of San Gimignano.

The interior is a good example of how it could be modern in 1930, inside the house. 2200 square foot house is situated high on the town site is on display near Seattle, Queen Anne. Although the decor is elegant, muscular, and it also has a modern Mediterranean style arcade, caps.

Concrete and steel was added to the interior during the reconstruction of the house. Coutertops, sinks, baths, fireplaces, and most of the walls are concrete. Walnut used for floors, cabinets and a large dining table. During the reconstruction of many rooms changed to hunt the more the light of day. The two-storey concrete wall at a low level is a beautiful cascade of water that flows into the pond. [Schuchart / Dow]
